Sacha was born under the official name Cohen, Sacha Noam Baron on October 13th, 1971. He has been a credited actor since the 2005 film Madagascar.

Sacha Baron Cohen is a dependable leading actor. He has starred in four films including the 2012 comedy film The Dictator as the character Aladeen, the 2012 comedy movie The Dictator playing Efawadh and the 2009 comedy release Brüno cast as Brüno.

Sacha is a recognizable supporting cast member who's acting range makes him the top choice for a variety of roles. He has appeared in seven films including: the 2012 drama film Les Misérables as the character Thénardier, the 2012 adventure movie Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted playing Julien and the 2011 adventure release Hugo cast as Station Inspector.

His most commercially successful project to date has been the 2012 adventure film Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, which brought in $216,000,000 at the box office.

In 2006 Sacha Baron Cohen produced his first movie, the comedy film Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan. Since then he went on to produce four movies including: Brüno (2009) and The Dictator (2012) among others .

Sacha is a cultural icon, having been featured on the cover of at least ten magazines, captured in more than seven pictorials, interviewed in over three publications and featured in thirty-two magazine articles. He has been the subject of at least two books.
