Michael was born under the official name Rosenbaum, Michael Owen on July 11th, 1972. Known to his close friends as Rosey, he has been a credited actor since the 1998 film Urban Legend.

To date, Michael has only starred in the 2001 crime movie Rave Macbeth. Michael Rosenbaum has yet to establish a position as a bankable star.

Michael is a recognizable supporting cast member who's acting range makes him the top choice for a variety of roles. He has appeared in nine films including: the 2012 action film Hit and Run as the character Gil Rathbinn, the 2011 action movie Catch .44 playing Brandon and the 2003 comedy release Bringing Down the House cast as Todd Gendler.

His most commercially successful project to date has been the 2003 comedy film Bringing Down the House, which brought in $133,000,000 at the box office.

Michael has garnered moderate media attention, having been featured on the cover of at least four magazines, interviewed in over six publications and featured in two magazine articles.
