Marla was born under the official name Sokoloff, Marla Lynne on December 19th, 1980. She has been a credited actor since the 2000 film Dude, Where's My Car?.

Marla Sokoloff has yet to establish a position as a bankable star. She has starred in two films including the 2011 romance movie The Chateau Meroux as the character Wendy and the 2001 comedy film Sugar & Spice playing Lisa Janusch.

Marla is a dependable supporting cast member. She has appeared in three films including: the 2009 comedy film Play the Game as the character Julie Larabee, the 2000 comedy movie Whatever It Takes playing Maggie and the 2000 comedy release Dude, Where's My Car? cast as Wilma.

Her most commercially successful project to date has been the 2000 comedy film Dude, Where's My Car?, which brought in $47,000,000 at the box office.

Marla has stayed out of the media limelight, having been and captured in more than one pictorials and featured in four magazine articles.
