Leo was born under the official name McKern, Reginald on March 16th, 1920. He died on July 23rd, 2002 in Bath, Somerset, England, UK (following a long illness). He has been a credited actor since the 1965 film Help!.

Leo was a dependable supporting cast member. He has appeared in five films including: the 1985 adventure film Ladyhawke as the character Imperius, the 1980 adventure movie The Blue Lagoon playing Paddy Button and the 1970 drama release Ryan's Daughter cast as Thomas Ryan.
