To date, Keith has only starred in the 1974 crime movie Thieves Like Us. Keith Carradine has yet to establish a position as a bankable star.

Keith is a recognizable supporting cast member who's acting range makes him the top choice for a variety of roles. He has appeared in seven films including: the 2009 crime film Winter of Frozen Dreams as the character Detective Lulling, the 2007 action movie The Death and Life of Bobby Z playing Johnson and the 2005 drama release Our Very Own cast as Billy Whitfield.

His most commercially successful project to date has been the 1980 history film The Long Riders, which brought in $23,000,000 at the box office.
