Harry was born under the official name Connick Jr., Joseph Harry Fowler on September 11th, 1967. Known to his close friends as The Vice-Chairman of the Board, he has been a credited actor since the 1990 film Memphis Belle.

Harry Connick Jr. is a dependable leading actor. He has starred in three films including the 2011 drama film Dolphin Tale as the character Dr. Clay Haskett, the 2004 drama movie Mickey playing Trip and the 1999 drama release Wayward Son cast as Jesse Banks Rhodes.

Harry has made such a successful career in supporting roles, that it actually surpasses most leading actor's careers. He has appeared in ten films including: the 2009 comedy film New in Town as the character Ted Mitchell, the 2007 drama movie P.S. I Love You playing Daniel and the 2006 horror release Bug cast as Jerry Goss.
