Goran was born on September 9th, 1972. Known to his close friends as Sime (pronounced SHIH-meh), he has been a credited actor since the 1997 film Welcome to Sarajevo.

Goran has made such a successful career in supporting roles, that it actually surpasses most leading actor's careers. He has appeared in twelve films including: the 2014 drama film Dark Hearts as the character Armand, the 2013 crime movie The Counselor playing Banker and the 2011 crime release The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo cast as Dragan Armansky.

His most commercially successful project to date has been the 2002 adventure film Ice Age, which brought in $176,000,000 at the box office.

Goran is a cultural icon, having been featured on the cover of at least forty-seven magazines, captured in more than three pictorials, interviewed in over three publications and featured in twenty-seven magazine articles.
