Frances was born on June 12th, 1967. She has been a credited actor since the 1997 film Thank God He Met Lizzie.

Frances has made such a successful career in supporting roles, that it actually surpasses most leading actor's careers. She has appeared in eleven films including: the 2012 comedy film Best Man Down as the character Jaime, the 2005 drama movie The Lazarus Child playing Alison Heywood and the 2005 comedy release Piccadilly Jim cast as Ann Chester.

Her most commercially successful project to date has been the 2001 adventure film Artificial Intelligence: AI, which brought in $79,000,000 at the box office.

Frances has garnered moderate media attention, having been featured on the cover of at least one magazines, interviewed in over three publications and featured in six magazine articles.
