Dave was born under the official name Chappelle, David Khari Webber on August 24th, 1973. He has been a credited actor since the 1993 film Robin Hood: Men in Tights.

Dave Chappelle is a dependable leading actor. He has starred in three films including the 2005 comedy film Block Party as the character Himself - Host, the 1998 comedy movie Half Baked playing Sir Smoke-a-Lot and the 1998 comedy release Half Baked cast as Thurgood Jenkins.

Dave has made such a successful career in supporting roles, that it actually surpasses most leading actor's careers. He has appeared in ten films including: the 2009 documentary film I'm Rick James as the character Himself, the 2002 action movie Undercover Brother playing Conspiracy Brother and the 2000 comedy release Screwed cast as Rusty P.
